HFSS 9.2 interior structure meshing

I'm a new user of HFSS. The tutorials indicate that I should seed the radiation boundary for meshing. As a rule of thumb, the mesh seed should be set to λ/6 maximum (or λ/4?) How about the inner structures? It seems like it would be necessary to set a maximum for inner structures also - especially if the structure feature sizes are comparable to the radiation boundary mesh seed. Does anyone have experience with this?

You should seed the radiation boundary about λ/10. The reason for doing so is explained here
