Hi all,
I am investigating optical wireless at the moment and tracing the received rays and one thing I have to do is sorting each recieved optical power at a certain time to the right time bin.
Here is what I wanna do:
build time bin start from 0 and increased by 0.3 ns to 51 ns
each power I receive is comes at specific time so based on that time I need to put the power in the right place.
for example if I received 3x10^-6 W at 0.2 ns the power need to be dropped at the interval [0 0.3] and so on.

So, could you please help me with any idea of doing it by matlab
thanks in advance
