programming CD74HC595

Hi,
Could anybody help me in directing how to program the shift register as in the attached doc. If you could share any notes, would be of great help to me.

Hi!
Follow the instructions given in the datasheet. It is easy to understand from it.
How many shift reg u want to implement???
It is done on SPI Communication in synchronization with clk.
