help: What is the trip voltage (Vtrip) for SRAM?

sram trip voltage

As the title, what is Vtrip of SRAM bit cell?
 

trip voltage

Vtrip is used to monitor the voltage level
it is similar to brownout detector in micro controller

when ever the voltage level of the device falls below the max Vtrip it will reset the system to save any fault and to save the device
