Hi guys,

I want to see the magetic field distribution between two cylinder magnet posts.

I first tried to use Maxwell 3D (never used before, just knew it works for field issues) to see the field. I chose two simo24 magnets, and then tried to analyze. However, maxwell gave the error as following:

[error] There are multiple disconnected solution domains. This is not allowed in magnetostatics. (3:12 PM Nov 05, 2009)

Then, I tried to use CST (barelly used before, heard of that it works for physics issues). However, I cannot even find any magnet materials, no simo at all.

Could any friend here help me regarding there issues?

Thanks.

just an idea.
you have to put them in a box.calculation box.i mean a volume that program will solve the problem.
