help VCS license error

vcs license

I have setted the c-shel, when I input #echo $LM_LICENSE_FILE" ,output "/home/user name/license.dat",but when i star VCS,error as fllows:

check vcs license

How you are starting the tool?

Check for the permissions of license file. Change it if needed.
And then again start the server with the same license.

I think it will work then. But if you get any error there itself, then post it. with all your cshrc settings regarding tool.

I have checked it out!Maybe the cshrc has some problem!
