help to programm pic 18f2550

hi,

i have try to program pic 18f2550 with winpic800 and this programmer

but software recognize the pic only when vdd is 3-4.3v, then reading work but programming not. when vdd is more as 4.3v then reading and programming not work

what can be the problem?

what is best diy hardware that work with high voltage programming for pic18f2550 ? and what software to use?

voltage on c3 is 11,9v

Voltage on C3 should be at least 13.5V

i think not so, max. voltage on mclr should be 13.25v, recomended 9-12.5v

now is 18f2550 programmed with bootloader for pickit2 , but now is problem that pc not recognize the interface!

can someone to tell me configuration bits ?

thanks guys, i have found where is error...mcu internal voltage regulator is damaged, new mcu and all work
