Hello

The following image is attached,
I'd love to get help on how to find the frequency fluctuations,
Also what position the diode circuit?

Thanks helpers

There are many parts to this circuit. Do they contribute toward a common function? Because its chief function is not obvious.

The middle section looks like it might be an oscillator, since you mention frequency fluctuations.

Not sure about the left section, or right section.

I think it's a varactor tuned VCO with the diode providing the tuning capacitance.

Use normal resonant frequency calculations on L1, taking into account C1 to C4 on one side of it and the capacitance of the diode on the other. You will have to discover the diode capacitance by looking at it's V/C parameters on its data sheet.
