help to find a MAX038 function generator for my research wor

I need a Max038 to construct a 18~20 MHz square wave pulse
generator. I am working on the effect of electromagnetic pulses on
living organises.
I can not find this microchip in Iran.I have communicated
with Maxim company to send me a free sample, but they said me that
they have not any commmercial relationships with iran. Can everybody
help me to obtain one. Thanks a lot.

FOR MAKING A SQUARE WAVE YOU CAN HAVING A SMALL CODE IN MICROCONTROLLER OR JUST USING TIMER IC LIKE 555
