I am working with DFTAdvisor and FastScan to generate test patterns.
What I am obtaining through it are COMPACTED Test Vectors .
I want the method to generate Non-compacted Test vectors through it i.e 1XX1 only without X fillingdone.
Also if possible send me the the test patterns for ISCAS'89 Benchmark Circuits with the test patterns non-compacted if you have .
