help--substrate and test-fixxture

I need to design a test-fixture for a 35GHz VCO, but I have no clue on how to choose a substrate material for the test-fixture.

what aspects to consider, loss...?
the dielectric constant? basically for the width of the 50 ohm line?
famous companies that supply this substrate?

Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks a lot

by the way, I am in Germany now.
