HELP!!some problems about 16bit sd modulator ~!!

I try to design a 16 bit 2-1-1 sd modulator in 5V power.
How to design the Ampl of input signals.Amax:Op-amp saturation value,and the Vef back from the 1bit DAC.
what about the relationship between the three parameters.
 

It is not easy to explain this in one words.
read some papers or books.
wooley's book is good,which give a design example.

Search in "EDA E-books Upload/Download" with the key word "wooley" ,you can get it.
