HELP!!some problems about 16bit sd modulator ~!!

I try to design a 16 bit 2-1-1 sd modulator in 5V power.
How to design the Ampl of input signals.Amax:Op-amp saturation value,and the Vef back from the 1bit DAC.
what about the relationship between the three parameters.
