help required in using ns2

well i have to show simulations of my project "home automation using zigbee" on ns2 so i want to know that from where should i download this software and what kind of environment is required for its installation moreover i want to know about the header files of zigbee available on ns2.do reply soon
 

Ns2 is a software for wireless and wired simulations. you can simulate real time simulations with Tcl scripts.. its available here

i am not sure about the scenario you are specifying..
Make sure you download the allinone package to resolve dependency problems..The latest version is Ns 2.32..
Running Ns2 in LINUX is always advisable.. its easy too.. installing in windows and using is a bit difficult for beginners..
