[help] Problem with WinCE Platform Builder 4.2

I have a problem with CE.NET 4.2 PB.

Whenever i open the builder i came across a message :

"Unable to initialize the catalog". then the builder continue to work normally.But the error is not this at all.

Then,when i try to install a BSP package then installation doesnot continue.This gives such an error:

"Catalog not installed!" what is the problem?

if any idea please help!

Maybe u should reinstall the whole pb4.2 once more.
