help on opamp design - how to get the nondominant pole?

op amp design

As the picture below, the dominant pole can be got easily according miller effect. But I do not know how to get the nondominant pole according to the schematic.
Is there someone who can tell me how to get the nondominant pole?
Is there some intuitive method?
