Hi i have questions in my assignment which i got stuck. Will appreciate if some1 could help

How do i go about doing partial fraction expansion for the below equation
Y(z)/z=(4z+3)/{[z-(1/2)][z-e^jω]} see below pic for clarity

then inverse z-transform to get y
note that j e^jω is in complex

Another question is determine the z-transform of x=(n+1)u
