help needed to pogram 24xseries pic using htech c

i have htech c
but i dont have header files for 24x series

help me with sample programes and header files for is

What you need is the Microchip Pic30 tools. You can download a free student version from Microchip.
The 24 series is true 16 bit micro. Htech is no good for that. Pic30 tools are very good compiler, a port of gcc.
