help needed in drilling details

can any body suggest me how to form a slot using orcad insted of drill holes one of the component that i am using has a rectangle Leg of 1mmX5mm
 

I don't use ORCAD, but it should be the same principle. What you need to do is draw a rectanle of the size and shape required using the dimension/mechanical layer or whatever the layer is called in ORCAD, it'll be the same layer as the outside of your board.

Don't worry, normally PCB shop engineer can handle both cases for Gerber. That's really a piece of cake.
