Hello

I am going to start working on a 2 nd order CT Delta sigma modulator. And i have few very BASIC queries , could you please help me clear these doubts so that i have a good start for the project. 1) switched capacitors is it used for Discrete time transform?
1) What exactly does Continous time mean
2)How and why exactly a Impluse Invariant Transform Works?
3) wher and why switched capacitors used?

Thanks in advance
