Help me with the footprint of 32PLCC

Hi,
I'm a pcb designer but still new with this job. I have a datasheet of 32PLCC but I don't know how much the length of the pad from the given datasheet. I only have the width=32 mils & pitch=50 mils. Can anyone out there tell me how to decide the length of the pad? How does the footprint look like?

hi

u can use oblong shape pad with width=24mils and length=74 mils

thanx a lot neena as u had helped me a little bit..but I think I want width=32mils & not width=24mils. Maybe I should modify it a little bit from what u had done..thanx again...
