I want to detect masses in a digital mammogram. I do it in 3 steps in first step some ROIs are detected. I do some pre-processing then the points with higher grey level than their neighbors are detected as ROIs(considering some info related to size). In second step in which I have problem, I want to classify the ROIs as tumor or normal. I use some haralick features(9 features) and some runlength and some features of grey level of ROIs. These features are used in many papers but I don't get good results.
Can any one help me?
