i would like to design VCO using saranade 8.5
and I have to increase tuning range can any one help me

Hi,
Text books are good and you may also learn from the application notes and data sheets of many products.
For VCO you may check the MAXIM's data sheets for RF products. They have very decent design and very easily implementable.
