hi everyone,

who has experience in designing FET mixer please share it with me?

Added after 4 minutes:

i have read microwave mixer by stephen maas, nonlinear microwave by him too and microwave engineering by david pozar.

but i not really understand.

from nonlinear microwave book, 1st step is to estimate the FET parameters. then calculate gain and LO power. last step is matching circuit.

if i use NE721S01 FET, where i can get the parameters from the datasheet? i cannot understand the paper..

someone please help me..
