128 QAM Mixer

Hi all,
I have to convert a 2Ghz signal into 70 MHz Standard IF, a signal coded in 128 TCM. Someone tell me that is very difficult because I have to mantain a big linearity 8O .

Can you give me some helps for design such circuit?

Many thanks in advance.
