Please help

I want to solve this assignment for one of my friends:

- By expanding in Cartesian coordinates, show that the following vector identity is true:
Curl(Curl(F)) = Grad(Div(F) - Napla²(F)

- Starting from Maxwell's equations in the time harmonic form, Derive the wave equation for the magnetic feld (in a source free space)
Napla²(H)=-β²H (or α²H)

Can anyone helps?
Thanks,
Ahmad,

Re: Please help

I just need to verify a couple things:
1. what is the napla that you mention?
2. you missed one close parenthese "(" in the 1st eqn. Please correct it.
I think I can help you with the 1st one if you can clarify my confusion.

Re: Please help

Thanks for help,
but i could solve it alhamdulillah,
for "Napla" I ment, it's the same operator in curl and div.. you can say "grad" for it.
I followed basic definitions and using identity for XxYxZ=Z(X.Y)-X(Y.Z) I could proof the first one.

And for the second, he got it from one text book
