help me to understand this datasheet pls

hello my friends
i want to build infrared remote control
but less of component can found in my city
i find this IR receiver PL-IRM0101-3

so can you help me to understand the page no. 5 in datasheet ??

and other at what freq. i can build my remote control with use infrared 520E940C

The transmitter is the correct wavelength for the receiver (940nm).

The modulation should be 38kHz.

The two components you have shown are pretty standard for IR remotes, but you will need some intelligence to send and receive.

Have you planned how to add the intelligence to the system? Will you be using encoding/decoding ICs, or will you be rolling your own using microcontrollers?

What are your requirements in terms of number of buttons, etc.?

yes
i can use more of one component
can use pic16f877a Or another
or i can use any IC's as HT12E , HD12E , HT12A
but i want to understand the datasheet
