Req= infinite or 1/gm2 ??

Could you please tell what the circuit is?
 

infinite, the transistor's other terminate is connect to a gate

the small signal resistance of the transistor M2 is 1/gm, but what follows is the gate of a transistor, which has effective infinite resistance.

1/gm + infinite = infinite
