But it shows very small voltage difference for black and white surfaces. I do not have part nos of that components. pls tell me how should I increase the difference. Thanks..

It would be easier to resolve your problem. Guessing from thin air is rather ineffective in this case.

Reflector or hole on the Disk ?? mostly this type of problem occurs due to the wrong angles of IR sensors.
