hello

i'm doing the opamp model and i need help with slew rate modeling.

I did like http://www.ecircuitcenter.com/OpModels/Opmodel2/opmodel2.htm
but as an input stage i used cmos differential amplifier with pmos inputs.

SR should be SR=Itot/C where Itot equals to current of the diff amp current source.
But this doesn't act as should. Of course a little SR exists, but only a little not compatible with calculations.

Itot=193u
C=0.193n

so SR should be 1V/us shouldn't be?

how to improve this model?
regards
