help me to design a buck-boost converter

Hi,
I need a buck- boost converter with the output capable to drive 10 ohms inductive [44mH] load. Is there any way to drive the load with low current. Because the impedance will increase with respect to frequency input. Please suggest a proper dc/dc converter....,
