Biasing problem

Hi,



The problem while biasing RFHIC RT 240 power amplifier is that we apply VGS >Vt i.e 1.8-2V.Then start applying VDS but as the VDS increase the certain value the VGS starts increasing though the theoratically VGS should remain same.

Please if u have any idea of this problem please guide me.
