y(-3)=x(9)=0
y(-2)=x(4)=0
y(-1)=x(1)=1
y(0)=x(0)=1
y(1)=x(1)=1
y(2)=x(4)=0
and similarly zero for all other values of n

So y=1 for n=-1,0,1
=0 elsewhere
