you can always tell them , its student project and bought the modem from local vendor .. they should help you...

Thank to everyone help me. After contact SIMCOM they send me a new FW. I flash it to my module and now it work ok.

I will attack good FW for who need.

I think you will able to call by using this command, but you have to write command in hyperterminal same as i have mentioned.

ATD<space>phone number<semicolone><press enter>

first read what he needs and then answer.. he is asking for unable to receive call and you are telling how to dial.....
