p89c51rd2bn bootloader

Hi everyone...

When i try to program P89c51 RD2BN, bootloader is not working.
Can anyone give the schematic or any link to go through it. No data sheet needed i have one....

I made the EA pin high and PSEN pin low.. is this enuf....plese suggest..
I am using Flash magic programmer....
