In my understanding, you'll use the assembler for your programming.
Because you find some infos for instruction code.
Please check below linx. you may find useful/good online book for PIC.

Look for PIC Basic pro.pdf. You can also find some other great books about PIC. Quintessential PIC Microcontroller.pdf
is a great book
