I'm trying to fit this schem on a 5500mil x 2500 mil pcb with 4 drill holes.
I'm using Altium..
anyone do it well???

Re: pcb challenge

I don't hear an actual problem. The interesting points regarding form factor are transformer (is it intended to reside at the PCB?), capacitors and heatsinks - all unspecified.

The circuit itself looks dubios in part, but that's probably another story.

pcb challenge

the transformer footprint is quite big, 200mil drill holes, 2 heatsinks for N1 and V6

Re: pcb challenge

Are you hoping for someone to do this layout free, or are you willing to pay for a proper layout?
