Help me develop electrical diagram and electronics for cold welding machine

hello guys here.i want to develop a cold welding machine used for small pricision component welding without genreting heat .one of them is also known as dr. mold.
can some one help me to develop its electronics and electrical diagram.
pls help i shall be oblized very much.

very interesting, I also want to know what is cold welding machine, how it works. Is it sold with lithium-natrium alloy? that's really needs to be cold
