I am designing a low power RF transceiver. I have to start from scratch.Could anyone please help me as to where i could start from..

first decide on the architech

depanding on the requirement

and describe your requirement in the form of say frequency requirement channels etc

send the information on the requirements than only comment is possible

The case is I do not have specification right now
I am trying to do the system level simulation to find out these specification

you may want to try Microwave System Calculator.
To build a line up can't be more easier!
It has been designed just to be used for problems similar to your.
