Help me choosing an Arbitrary wave form generator.

Hi guys. As the title says i need a waveform generator for learning purposes. i am mainly interested in sweep function so i can play with filter designs but added functions are bonus. i have narrowed my search to two generators so plz help me out for the pros and cons, thanks.

1. this one is available at my local store for 360 dollars US.

or should i go for new rigol DDS which has harmonic funtion built in. the are expensive though.
