Hi,
I am making a circuit in ORCAD 16.6. I created a hetrogenous part library with 2 parts inside. I saved the library after creation. Now if I want to add 2 more sub circuits in that library, how can I do that?. Please help.

Are you saying that you want to add 2 more parts ?
If yes, then open the library, double click the part (to be edited).
Then go to menu View->Package. This starts showing 2 parts you created.
Now double click the Capture canvas. This opens up the "Edit Part Properties" interface.
This shows parts per package as 2. Change the number to 4.
Now you are all set to add 2 more parts.

I've just started using OrCad Capture CIS. I own an age old version 9.1. Please somebody help me how to install #ATMEL uC libraries.

ORCAD stores schematic parts in one file named *.lib. Copy your library file into anywhere, select this file when you draw schematic in ORCAD. The software will list all the parts automatically.
