[SOLVED] Help in determining components smd to implement

Hello, I'm an beginner argentinian programmer, with no idea about designing pcb, but forced to try to design one. Let me explain, my first idea was to purchase the "Small Breakout for SIM908 GSM&GPS Module" for learning purposes. But here in Argentina is very complicated to import components. So I purchased the sim908 module, and I want to manage it through a Raspberry Pi like this:

Raspberry Pi --> expansion shield --> pcb --> sim908

The shield isn't the problem, I can make it for myself.
The pcb is for sure the obstacle.
The design and the making of the pcb will be performed for an domestic factory. The problem is that I don't know what smd components I need to buy. Any help will be appreciated. Please do not be angry with me, I'll do my best. And apologies for my horrible english.
