Help identifying an IC

not sure where to post the question, hope this was the right place...

I'm trying to figure out what the following IC is, does anyone recognize it?

It's part of a PC oscilloscope, located in the amp section.

Perhaps it is an ST Microelectronics TSH11 op amp. Looks like these are obsolete. https://www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/pdf/25515/STMICROELECTRONICS/TSH11.html
