Hi my friends, I need a 8 channel infrared remote control without microcontroller thanks.

I'm not sure about 8-channel, but for 4-channel, you should take a look at HT12D and HT12E.

It might just be simpler and cheaper to use a microcontroller for the purpose.

Eight channels you could try Googling TV remote control or Radio Control models circuits (and drive an infra red LED rather then a transmitter).
