IN ADS momentum, the substrate and metal layer definition can be saved.
I am wondering how to do this in sonnet?
Thanks!

When you create a new project, you define the dielectric layer and metal layer, so you define the parameters of your technology.

For other projects, you can reuse that parameters loading any saved technology. (Menu Circuits--> Load technology).
