I have designed UWB antenna based upon IEEE paper but i am facing problems in defining port in HFSS.
I am uploading paper and HFSS design kindly help me
I could not understand whether i have to specify lumped port or wave port.

thanks Mr. ferdows for your kind support

Actually in my institute we don't have licensed CST

hi
I thinks u should search in internet. this is cra*ck of cst microwave studio 5.2 https://www.mediafire.com/?525zmj5z3eo. I hope it's useful for u. I have license cst 2009, but I can't give u. u can use cst 5.2 to simulate about it.

Dear Friends
I have simulated above antenna using CAD FEKO & CST at some other institute but still results are far from mention in IEEE paper. Now what should I do.
Actually i am designing smart antenna for UWB communication & MIMO system. I am working on both side front end (RF design) as well as processor side
My approach is adaptive beamforming in which i have concluded an algorithm. Now my problem is in front side i want to develop my own antenna array with unique geometry. although I have developed a new power divider for my array. But I am not able to find a suitable geometry for my design. Is there any literature available which may help me to find a new type of geometry. I have developed n number of antenna for UWB but every time i find that either geometry or approach is already been devised by some body. I found lot of similar paer in IEEE or PIER's site.
Now tell me in which direction I should move
