Help for multi serial port

serial to multiserial

i have three devices that transmit data continously and i have to send that data to computer's Serial port.

i tried to use HEF4067 multiplexer but failed. Problem was that wether i connect one device to any input data was transmitted.even my mux was not powered data was recived by the PC so is there any way i can recive multiple data

try plugging more serial ports and assigning appropriate addresses to them. Most PC will take in 4 serial ports.

you mean that i have to install 4 comports??
is there any hardware possiablities using 8051
