dynamic channnel allocation+matlab code

I need help for the channel allocation algorithm in mobile comm. I need the matlab code for dynamic channel allocation . I need it urgently
 

i need too if you have any work please send me. i can help you if you worked about radio resource management and optimization algorithms. (BABS, ACG and RCG)
 
Hi i am doing my project on optimizing channel borrowing schemes for DCA. I am not sure if i have to simulate the DCA first. Since, u've already worked on it, any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks
