It depends on the the specific process that you're using. What fab vendor are you using?

what does 0.35 um cmos process mean

I don't know what kind of Spice ADS uses.
If HSPICE (Level 49), you can use MOSIS models directly.
If PSpice, you have to change Level to 7 (for BSIM3v3)
and do some other modifications in model (the list of modifications
I can send you).

@DS is Advanced Design System from @gilent Company,It's similar to Hspice but it's used in RF system.Maybe somebody who is familiar with Hspice and ADS can tell me if I can use MOSIS models directly in ADS.

Maybe I should make some modifications of SPICE model before using it in ADS,http://eesof.tm.agilent.com/docs/adsdoc2002/netlist/net0823.html,
but still I don't understand how to .
