Help~assura lvs problem

Hi~
i am having a problem performing Assura LVS. The error message is shown in the picture. There r 12 SBD in my schmetic, 6 of them have this LVS mismatch. I m sure that the parameters of devices in Sch and Layout are correct. Please give me some advice.

Clean the data base , delete .assura based files m redo the LVS , The database problems are routine in Assura, this is quick way get rid of as Assura fails to delete last files !

I redo lvs with your method,but no effect.Can anybody give a good idea?
